The Board of the Niger Delta Development Commission (NDDC) has been dissolved by President Goodluck Jonathan. The dissolution was contained in a press statement issued on Tuesdayby the Secretary to the Government of the Federation (SGF) Senator Anyim Pius Anyim.
According to the statement, The Managing Director and other members of the Executive of the Commission have been directed to hand over all the commission’s property in their possession to the Director of Administration and Human Resources, Mrs Osaro Areyenka with immediate effect.
It was also contained in the statement that a new Board will be constituted soon.
