Supreme Court Upholds Akpabio’s Election

The Supreme Court on Friday dismissed a suit filed by Senator James John Akpanudoedehe to challenge the election of Governor Godswill Akpabio of Akwa Ibom State. Justice Mary Odili who read the lead judgment said the suit lacked merit.
