Police Bust Fake Documents Syndicate in Ogun!

The Ogun State Command of the Nigerian Police Force has arrested 5 suspects who specialize in the production of fake customs, police and other documents and fake Naira notes in Idiroko area of Ogun State. The men were arrested following a tip off from the public and the Special Anti-Robbery Squad led by the officer-in-charge, SP Ahmed Tijani was proactive and responsive which led to the arrest.

IMG_20140116_142720IMG_20140116_142742Items recovered from them include printers, typewriters, computer systems, stamps and seals of the customs, police and governments as well as N 200,000 cash. The suspects are Peter Patrick, 42, Augustine Henry, 34, Bala Idris, 22 and Christian Ukeaka, 20.

Ogun State Police Command’s spokesman, DSP Muyiwa Adejobi told Street Journal that they will be charged to court. He also disclosed that 7 vehicles were recovered from armed robbers while 10 guns and ammunition were also retrieved.
