Anxiety mounted in parts of Delta State late on Wednesday as the news of the abduction of Ebikeme, a son of elder statesman, Edwin Clark filtered around.
Street Journal gathered that the younger Clark, who contested for a federal legislative seat in 2011 was kidnapped in Kiagbodo, in Burutu Local Government Area of Delta State.
Findings revealed that the kidnappers came via the waterways and after seizing their victim, took him to an unknown destination via the same channel.
Though the spokesman of the Delta State Police Command could not be reached for comments as of the time of filing this report, Street Journal’s findings revealed that men of the Police Force are already making efforts to track down the kidnappers.
