Less than a week after two explosions killed more than 200 people in a market in Jos, 2 suspected members of the Boko Haram sect have been arrested in the Plateau State capital with explosive devices. The two suspects who were nabbed on Saturday were allegedly on their way to the park of Plateau Riders and Gada Biu, both in Jos North Local Government Area when they were arrested.
It has also been reported that the Boko Haram terrorist organisation has sent messages to some motor parks within the city as well as worship centres in the state, telling them to get ready for attacks.
Meanwhile, several people were injured on Friday around the British American junction, following a bomb scare.
Felicia Anselm, the PRO of the Plateau State Police Command said the Police Command is keeping an eye on all the motor parks in the state as she denied the bomb scare which she attributed to the imagination of some people.
