On Saturday, Everton was able to hold Liverpool to a 1 all draw at the Anfield Stadium. Steven Gerrard put his side forward at the 65th minute of the game and it was indeed a morale boosting goal after both sides struggled through a goal-less 1st half. The victory was however short lived as Jagielka of Everton; 25 minutes later, on the dot of stoppage time leveled the scores.

Another classic match was that of Chelsea against Aston Villa which ended in fine 3 goals in favour of the blues at their home front. The trio of Oscar, Diego Costa and Willian ensure an unbeaten record for their side in the 7th, 59th and 79th minute respectively. Diego who’s known to be suffering from hamstring injury decided to use his to put the 2nd goal for chelsea and registering his 8th goal in 6 EPL matches. This win has however made the Blues to remain at the top of the Table with 19 goals.

The struggling Manchester United was able to record a win at the Old Trafford as their match against West Ham Ended in 2:1, marking their second win of the season. All the goals from both sides came in the 1st 45 minutes of the game. Wayne Rooney’s goal came in in the 5th minute of the game while Van Persie doubled it in the 22nd minute. Diafra Sakho however put in the 1st for his side in the 37th minute of the game. This win has now earned Man U 12th position in the League table with just a goal difference above Tottenham.

The only match for Sunday was between West Brom and the newly promoted Burnley. The match ended 4:0 in favour of the home side. Craig Dawson netted in the first goal in 30th minute and 35 minutes later, in the end of the 1st half, Saido Berahino dropped in the second goal and 11 minutes to the 2nd half he put another one in. Graham Dorrans however sealed the fourth for West Brom in the 90th minute on the game.

Meanwhile the match between Stoke City and Newcastle kick off at 8:00 tonight with high aspirations from both side.
