Why late Female Gospel Singer not Buried – Police

‎Several weeks after Mrs. Yvonne Omoarebokhae, a female gospel singer, was found dead in an hotel room in Benin, Edo State, her remains are yet to be laid to rest. 

Husband of the late gospel singer, Odion Omoarebokhae, who confirmed this to journalists in Benin, said the family was yet to lay the remains of his late wife to rest as they were yet to get reports of the autopsy being conducted on her by the Police authority.

Recall that Mrs. Omoarebokhae, a married gospel singer, was found dead in a hotel room in the GRA, Benin, last month.

Late Yvonne had allegedly lodged in the hotel in company of a Lagos based Pastor, Apostle Psalm Okpe.

Edo State Commissioner of Police, Chris Ezike, while responding to enquiries from journalists, confirmed that a first autopsy report was out but said the Command was waiting for a second autopsy report conducted on the late singer.

Ezike who confirmed that the Apostle Okpe was still in police custody, stated that his fate depended on the outcome of the autopsy results.
