Supreme Court Gives Otti Nod to Appeal Lower Court Judgment on Abia Guber Election

The Supreme Court has given Alex Otti, the All Progressive Grand Alliance (APGA) candidate in the 2015 governorship election in Abia State, the go ahead to appeal the judgment of the lower court which returned Okezie Ikpeazu as the duly elected Governor of the state.
