We Don’t Mind If Bail Granted Kanu Is Revoked – IPOB

The Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB), has said it was not bordered if the bail granted leader of the pro-Biafra group, Nnamdi Kanu, is revoked or not.
The group, on Sunday, was reacting to insinuations in some quarters that Federal High Court, Abuja, may revoke the bail granted Kanu, on grounds of alleged breach of the bail conditions.
Justice Binta Nyako in granting him bail on April 25, 2017, Kanu was forbidden from being seen in a group of more than 10 people, attending rallies, granting press interview, making political statements, among other conditions. .
However, reacting to the development, IPOB said it does not care if the Federal Government decided to revoke Kanu’s bail.
IPOB spokesman, Comrade Emma Powerful, who made the declaration while responding to enquiries, said the revocation of Kanu’s bail would not affect the agitation for Biafra.
The IPOB spokesman added that arresting Kanu again would be a major mistake on the part of the Federal Government.
“We don’t give a damn – whether they arrest him (Kanu) or not we don’t bother.
“Whether keep Nnamdi Kanu in or out of Nigerian prisons, the restoration effort continues unabated,” Powerful said, adding “having Mazi Nnamdi Kanu in prison is always good for the struggle to restore Biafra.”
