Breaking : Arsenal Sign Thomas Lemar from Monaco for £92m

Ahead 11pm deadline for transfer in English Premier League, Arsenal and Monaco are believed to have agreed a fee in the region of £92m for Thomas Lemar.
The 21-year-old, who reports suggest would prefer a move to Liverpool, is now discussing personal terms with the North London club.
The Monaco winger has been linked with Arsenal for much of the summer, while recent reports have also claimed approaches from Liverpool and Barcelona
Arsenal reignited their interest in Thomas Lemar after receiving a second bid from Manchester City for Alexis Sanchez.
According to reports, City’s offer for Sanchez is £55m up front with a further £5m to make it £60m.
And Sky Sports’ Spanish football expert Guillem Balague claims that Arsenal have now told City to wait a ‘few hours’ so they can sign Lemar, which they are confident of doing.
And the Mail report that the Gunners have now tabled a £90m bid for the 21-year-old.
Arsene Wenger has been chasing Lemar all summer but last week declared the move as ‘dead’ after seeing three bids knocked back by Monaco.
Liverpool then made their move for the France international, but also saw offers rejected before they completed a £40m deal with Arsenal for Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain.
Arsenal have now returned to Monaco, however, as they look to land the French attacker before tonight’s 11pm deadline.
