Former World Wrestling Champion, Ultimate Warrior Dies

Former wrestling champion, James Hellwig, better known as the Ultimate Warrior has died. He gave up on Tuesday at the age of 54.

Just three days ago, Hellwig was inducted into the WWE Hall of Fame. .

He was known for his distinguishing features which included his extremely muscular physique, long, shaggy hair and colorful face paint.

During his career, he had bouts with some of the biggest starts in the then WWF including Hulk Hogan and Rand Savage fondly called “The Macho Man”.

The Ultimate Warrior became champion when he defeated Hulk Hogan at WrestleMania VI.

He is survived by his wife, Dana and two daughters.
