Code of Conduct Tribunal defies Abuja High Court Ruling on Saraki’s case.

The trial of Senate President Bukola Saraki for alleged “false declaration of assets” has begun at the Code of Conduct Tribunal in Abuja, despite an order of the federal high court momentarily halting the process.

The prosecuting counsel, M S Hassan, requested the court to issue a bench warrant against Saraki for failing to appear before the court after being summoned.

‎He requested that Saraki should be arrested within two hours and brought to court

Saraki was  represented by his legal counsel, Mahmud Magaji.
