Kogi Governorship: Federal High Court Strikes Out Wada’s Suit


Breaking News: Justice Gabriel Kolawole of the Federal High Court strikes out suit filed by Kogi State Gov. Idris Wada, seeking to be declared winner of the inconclusive governorship election in the state during which APC candidate, Abubakar Audu died.

Delivering ruling on the case, Kolawole struck out the suit for lack of jurisdiction.

The judge ordered Wada to go to election tribunal for any grievance he has against the poll.
