At the resumed hearing on Wednesday, John Ochogwu, council to Oronsaye prayed the court for the releases of his client’s international passport to enable him seek visa to travel abroad for medical treatment, stressing that he sought to travel before the next adjourned date of April 25.
Reacting to the prayer, Atologbe O.A, the prosecution counsel said he was not opposing the application which borders on the 1st defendant’s ailment.
He, however, expressed shock over the absence of the 2nd and 3rd defence council.
