‘Appoint substantive coordinator’

An ex-agitator and Chairman, Phase 2 Presidential Amnesty Ex-Agitators Mathew Daniel, has urged President Muhammadu Buhari to appoint a substantive coordinator for the Presidential Amnesty Programme.

Daniel in a statement said this will ensure that all beneficiaries are adequately trained and effectively reintegrated into society.

At the end of an emergency General Meeting of the Phase 2 Presidential Amnesty Program Ex-agitators in Yenegoa, Bayelsa State, Daniel praised the President for his love for the people of the Niger Delta Region.

He appealed to the Federal Government to ensure that all the beneficiaries of the programme were properly trained and effectively empowered.
