Cleric advises parents against Google

Chairman of the Niger State Chapter of the Christian Association of Nigeria (CAN), Reverend Mathias Echioda has called on parents not to relegate the responsibility to teach and train their children and wards.

The cleric who bemoaned the over-reliance of adolescents and youths on social media said it was not a good development for the nation.


Speaking in Minna during the Christian Teachers Forum, Echioda said that though there are positive things to learn from the social media, it was unfortunate that the youths are drawn to the negatives of the social media.
