U.N. Panel Says Venezuelan Regime Committed Crimes Against Humanity


United Nations investigators said Wednesday that Venezuelan President Nicolás Maduro and some of his top lieutenants had committed crimes against humanity by ordering extrajudicial executions, the jailings of political rivals and the torture of protesters, including sexually abusing those in detention.
