Oklahoma City Thunder guard Terrance Ferguson and his brother allegedly raped a woman inside the NBA star’s home in 2018 after she refused their repeated requests to have a threesome, a new lawsuit claims.

The purported victim first made the allegations to police in February this year, though prosecutors later threw out the case in April citing insufficient evidence.

The civil complaint, filed last month in Oklahoma County District Court, claims the woman was in a relationship with Ferguson, 22, in 2018, but their romance reportedly began to sour when he started pressuring her to engage in a three-way tryst with his brother, Brandon Willis, 25.

The woman ‘unequivocally rejected each and every one’ of Ferguson’s requests to engage in simultaneous sexual relations with him and his brother, court documents obtained by DailyMail.com claim.

According to the complaint, Ferguson, then 20, reportedly summoned her to his home in September 2018 and again propositioned the woman to partake in a three-way with him and Willis, as his sibling was in town visiting Oklahoma from Dallas.

The woman said she once again turned down the request, but she claims the two men reportedly refused to take no for an answer.

Later the same day, as she and Ferguson were engaging in consensual sex in his bedroom, Willis walked into the room, the woman claims.

The woman says she became frightened when she allegedly noticed Willis putting on a condom, prompting her to confront Ferguson.

‘At this time Plaintiff withdrew consent from future sexual contact with Defendant Ferguson,’ the complaint states.

The woman reportedly called out for help several times, though her cries were allegedly ignored by Ferguson and Willis.

According to the suit, Ferguson used his hand to force the woman’s head down to his crotch, telling her, ‘shut up and get on your knees’.

Without consent, the woman says Ferguson then forced her to perform a sex act on him, while Willis forcibly vaginally penetrated her, the suit states.

The woman says the alleged sexual assault caused her pain and injury, ‘as evidenced by bloodstains on [Ferguson’s] mattress].’

The woman claims Ferguson also filmed the sexual assault on his cellphone without her consent and later shared the footage with others on Snapchat.

She said she continues to experience ‘severe emotional trauma and prolonged pain and suffering due to the tortious acts’ of Ferguson and Willis.

The woman is seeking in excess of $500,000 in damages, ‘as a direct consequence of their tortious conduct,’ the suit states. She is also demanding trial by jury.

Willis is also being sued, and it is unclear if he or Ferguson has an attorney in the civil case.

The purported victim first made the allegation to police in February this year, though Oklahoma County prosecutors later threw out the case in April.

‘Evidence to support the reporting person’s allegations that the sexual conduct was not consensual was absent,’ District Attorney David Prater said of the decision at the time, according to the Oklahoman.

Billy Bock, an attorney who previously represented Ferguson, did not return a DailyMail.com message seeking comment.

His agent, Rich Paul, has also not yet responded to a DailyMail.com request for comment.

After the criminal charges were dismissed in April, Bock called Ferguson a ‘very respectable young man’ and called the allegation against him ‘false’.

‘He cooperated fully with the investigation and appreciates the professionalism of the investigators with the Oklahoma City Police Department and Mr. Prater’s office, which has declined to file charges,’ Bock said. ‘He continues to deny any wrongdoing and is looking forward to having this experience behind him.’

Ferguson has just concluded his third season with the Oklahoma Thunder, having been selected 21st overall in the 2017 NBA Draft.

He has started 123 three games for the side, logging an average of 4.9 points per game since his career began.

‘As we previously communicated, we were aware of the matter, have followed all protocols, and continue to respect the legal process,’ a spokesperson for the Thunder said in a statement.
