Rep. Bill Pascrell (D-N.J.), has fired off letters in five states charging 22 legal representatives for Trump with filing ‘frivolous’ lawsuits as part of Trump’s effort to overturn the election results.
‘Donald Trump has done great damage to this nation — but he has always had helpers. These lawyers are enabling his treachery and harming our democracy,’ wrote Pascrell, a Trump critic elected in 1996.

He filed legal complaints in Arizona, Michigan, Nevada, New York and Pennsylvania seeking to have Giuliani’s law license revoked in the states for ”filing frivolous lawsuits and trying to help Trump steal the election and dismantle democracy.’
‘Mr. Giuliani has participated in the filing of a series of absurd lawsuits seeking to overturn the will of the voters … and has caused irreversible damage to the public trust in the fair administration of our elections,’ he wrote in the New York letter.
‘The pattern of behavior by these individuals to effectuate Mr. Trump’s sinister arson is a danger not just to our legal system but is also unprecedented in our national life,’ he writes.
He charges Giuliani with an ‘egregious pattern of behavior to effectuate Mr. Trump’s sinister arson,’ calling it unprecedented.

Leak Probe: Giuliani was pictured sweating during the press conference
His letters are dated Nov. 20th, the day after Giuliani and Trump’s legal team held a bizarre press conference where a dark liquid poured down Giuliani’s face while he mopped sweat off his brow, and attorney Sidney Powell laid out a conspiracy theory involving Venezuela, Cuba, China, and Dominion Systems Voting machines that she claimed switched votes to Joe Biden without providing evidence.
Nevertheless, Trump called the election ‘rigged’ on Monday, and one of his remaining lawyers, Jenna Ellis, on Monday called the election a ‘landslide’ in Trump’s favor.
On Sunday Giuliani and Ellis announced that Powell was not on Trump’s legal team.
The courts have not been so forgiving, with dozens of defeats to the Trump team’s credit.
Numerous lawyers have asked judges to formally remove them from cases.
Trump promised Tuesday that a ‘big lawsuit’ to come. Within hours of Trump’s missive, Pennsylvania certified Biden’s win. He beat Trump by 80,000 votes. In Michigan, another part of the ‘blue wall,’ Biden beat him by more than 150,000 votes.
Biden transition advisor Bob Bauer trashed the Trump legal team Tuesday. ‘It’s readily apparent to everyone besides Donald Trump, Rudy Giuliani, and Jenna Ellis that this election is over and that Joe Biden won resoundingly,’ he said, ribbing Trump’s legal team.
