A young lady, Favour Amajor, who was kidnapped by unknown persons in Abuja, on Monday afternoon, July 25, has been found.
Favour was last seen at Dawaki Galadima area of the Federal Capital Territory (FCT), Abuja, on Monday afternoon, July 25, 2022.
It was earlier reported that the victim’s uncle identified as Iwuala Nnamdi, on Tuesday, July 26, cried out for help on social media after Favour was kidnapped.
Iwuala noted that the abductors sent a message to Favour’s family, saying they will never see her again.
However, in an update on Wednesday, July 27, Favour’s uncle said the kidnapped victim was dropped unconscious under Efab bridge in Abuja.
It was gathered that a good Samaritan, who was able to recognise Favour through the viral social media posts, took her from the bridge, and brought her home.
Iwuala, in a post on the microblogging platform, Twitter, said, “Dear Nigerians, Favour is back home. Our God never fails.
“Thank you for your love, calls, messages, prayers, and efforts. I’m officially informing all bloggers, inside and outside Nigeria, that my younger cousin, Favour Amajoh, who was abducted by some unknown persons, on Monday, July 25, in Dawaki Galadima area of Abuja, has been found.
“Favour is back home now, and everyone can smile again. She was dropped off at Efab bridge unconscious.
“A good Samaritan, who was able to identify her through the viral social media post, took her from Efab bridge, and brought her home.
“She’s in the hospital receiving medical attention at the moment. Thank you, everyone. God came through for us,” he added.
