Mike Ozekhome, the Human Rights lawyer and senior advocate who was abducted in Edo State on August 24 has regained his freedom. The lawyer was abducted by an armed gang at Ehor near Ekpoma.
Though details of the release were sketchy as of the time of filing this report, Street Journal gthered that Ozekhome was released on Thursday morning.It was unknwn whether any ransome was paid to the kidnappers.
He was in the kidnappers custody for close to three weeks.
