Rivers state governor, Nyesom Wike, on Monday, December 5, gave out his jacket and hat to a member of the audience during a project inauguration.
Wike gave out the jacket and hat during the inauguration of the Indorama-Agbonchia-Ogale-Ebubu east/west link road on Monday.
Recall that Wike, on December 1, also gave out his jacket and hat to residents of the state during the inauguration of Rumuodogho link road in Emohua local government area of the state
The governor, while giving his speech, said that, “Please, the heat is too much” and started to remove his jacket.
The governor looked at the audience and asked someone among the crowd in pidgin english, “Should I dash you?”, then he beckoned on the beneficiary and threw the jacket to him.
He also threw his hat and it was grabbed by a woman.
