Trudeau’s path crossed with Sophie Grégoire’s in Montreal in 2002, where they eventually got married in 2005 and became parents to Xavier, Ella-Grace, and Hadrien. Sophie Grégoire Trudeau pursued a degree in communications at the University of Montreal and later worked in sales, advertising, and as a television and radio reporter. Last year, Grégoire Trudeau shared an Instagram post celebrating their wedding anniversary, acknowledging the challenges and constant work that come with long-term relationships. She expressed that love is true when it brings safety, freedom, and personal growth.
