Peel and cut the yams into cubes. 2. Heat the palm oil in a large pot over medium heat. 3. Add the diced onions and bell peppers and cook until softened, about 5 minutes. 4. Add the tomato paste and cook for an additional 2 minutes. 5. Add the ground crayfish, dried shrimp, garlic, smoked paprika, cumin, cor iander, ginger, salt, and pepper. Stir to combine. 6. Add the yam cubes and stir to combine. 7. Reduce the heat to low and cover the pot. Simmer for about 20 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the yams are tender. 8.
