. Declared “Missing” By Police
The Edo State Police Command has declared Justice Daniel Iyoboea Okungbowa of the state’s High Court missing. The Police PRO of the Edo State Command of the Nigeria Police Force, Moses Eguavoen who made this known on Thursday disclosed that the judge and his driver left for Abuja on Monday and have not been seen since then, neither have they contacted their families. He said the police has already commenced investigations while kidnap has not been ruled out though there has not been any report that the family of either of them has been contacted for ransom.
News of the judge’s kidnap started circulating in Benin City on Thursday.
