At least four people have lost their lives and two others are severely injured after some unknown gunmen launched an attack on the Ilesha Baruba Motor Park in Kwara State.
Security expert, Zagazola Makama, revealed that the assailants carried out this act on Monday, April 21 at exactly 9:30p.m.
Makama mentioned that about 10 gunmen suddenly stormed the motor park and opened fire at people who were relaxing in a local spot.
He noted that the names of the victims who died as a result of the attack include: Alhaji Ja’awire, Abduljabar, Mohammed Nasamu, and three others whose identities have not yet been verified.
Makama said, “The security forces visited the scene, where the corpses of the victims were taken to Ilesha Baruba Morgue for autopsy, while the injured were rushed to the hospital for treatment.”
