Hilda Baci sets new record, hits the 100hrs mark

Nigerian chef, Hilda Effiong Bassey, aka, Hilda Baci has completed 100 hours of her cookathon.

Hilda Baci started her marathon cooking challenge on May 11 at the Amore Gardens.

As at 11:22 am on Monday, she had cooked for 91 hours and 21 minutes to surpass the previous record set by an Indian chef, Lata Tondon in 2019. The previous title holder who cooked for 87 hours, 45 minutes, and 00 secs.

However, she promised to continue till the challenge clocked 100 hours which ended at 8:22 pm on Monday.

With this, she has set an all-new cookathon Guinness World Record.
