The chairman noted that the labour of the country’s heroes past should not be allowed to be in vain, stressing that economic downturn was part of any democracy. In a statement by the Head, Press and Publicity of PSC, Ikechukwu Ani, Arase urged Nigerians to set aside all pains and salute heroes who laboured to keep the country together as one. He also said that Nigerians should spare a minute to salute and celebrate the country’s freedom fought for by heroes.
