The Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC), on Sunday morning, 16 April, declared Senator Aishatu Dahiru Binani as the winner of the Adamawa state governorship election.
The Resident Electoral Commissioner for the state, Barrister Hudu Yunusa made the declaration following the supplementary election held on Saturday, 15 April.
