Mr Ibu debunks wife’s infidelity allegation with his adopted daughter, Jasmine

Nollywood actor, Charles Okafor aka Mr Ibu, has debunked his wife, Stella’s claim that said that he is in a romantic relationship with Jasmine Okafor, his alleged adopted daughter.

Jasmine is the popular tik tok lady who announced the end of her nine-month-old marriage to a UK-based man identified as MD.

She had accused him of lying about having kids from a previous relationship.

Mr Ibu clarified his wife’s claim along with his second son, Daniel, in an Instagram live session he had with mefia personality, Daddy Freeze.

Mr Ibu’s wife had told popular blogger, Gistlover, on Friday that Jasmine who is his adopted daughter, is having an affair with her husband and has taken over her husband’s Instagram account in an attempt to dupe him because he suffers from dementia and can’t remember things.

She also stated that her children are not attending school because Jasmine has been receiving all of her husband’s income and that she must go through her before receiving money from her husband.

Debunking the claim, Mr Ibu said that Stella is his second wife and that she is aware that Jasmine is his adopted daughter before he married her.

Speaking on behalf of his father during the live session, Daniel said, “She is his 100 per cent his daughter not biological but adopted right from childhood.”

The actor went on to say that he has been taking care of his wife and children, and that he has even bought her cars, which she has sold without giving him a dime.

His son also stated that Jasmine took care of their father when Stella refused to stay with him in the hospital and paid N500,000 to retrieve and verify his father’s Instagram account

He said, “She (Jasmine) was in Cyprus then. When she heard the news, she came to Abuja to take care of my dad, paying the bills while he was in the hospital.

“Before, my daddy’s Instagram account was hacked, she was the one that paid N500k to get it. The account was not verified then and she was the one that got the account verified.

“I can remember when he was in the hospital and doctor asked her ‘Is your husband taking the drugs?’ She said she doesn’t know. She left the man alone and went to a party.”

Jasmine who later joined the Instagram live session dismissed the claims that she isn’t the actor’s daughter but his girlfriend.

She demanded the presence of Mr Ibu’s wife in the session while recounting how they had a good relationship in the past, and she (Stella ) would always refer to her as a daughter.

She revealed that the root of the entire drama is money and how Stella is always wanting more from the actor even though she knows he is not working.

The actor’s daughter mentioned how his wife made him sell his landed property worth over N4 million for less and how she got N700k for the children’s school fees and another N300k to fix her car.

Jasmine shared several screenshots of bank transaction while recounting how the actor’s wife would always come to her whenever she needed to get money from him.

On the actor’s sickness, Jasmine equally claimed that the actor’s wife was hardly ever around and the few times she visited, she was always concerned about recording videos to share on social media.

According to her, the viral clip of Stella cutting Mr Ibu’s nail at the hospital was all planned and shared online to make the world see her as a dutiful wife.
