EXECUTIVE Director of the National Veterinary Research Institute (NVRI), Jos Dr Mariam Muhammed has admonished workers of the institute to have a change of attitude to work or face the consequence.
Mariam made the call at the opening of a three-day strategic planning retreat for directors and senior staffs.
She urged them to be committed to their duties so as to realise the vision and mission of the institute .
“The retreat is to bring former and present directors togetherto compare previous and present strategies and eventually birth new strategies that will reposition the institute…”
Chairman of the Governing Board Marlin Daniel said: “The retreat is a golden opportunity to reorient and reinvigorate the capacity of workers for excellent service delivery.
“The council promises to seek improved funding through the budgetary system for the institute to function properly in service to humanity…”
