The National Emergency Management Agency (NEMA) has confirmed one dead in a building collapse in the Ojodu-Berger area, Lagos State. It also confirmed that 12 persons had been rescued so far from the rubble of the three-storey building. Mr. Ibrahim Farinloye, NEMA Coordinator, Lagos Territorial Office, confirmed this in a statement on Saturday in Lagos. He said that the search and rescue operation was still ongoing. The News Agency of Nigeria (NAN) had reported earlier that the incident happened around 09.45 hrs.
