INGREDIENTS Rice cake Peanut butter Banana 2 tbsp chocolate chips 1/2 tsp coconut oil Coarse sea salt DIRECTIONS 1) Layer a generous amount of your favourite peanut butter or nut butter of choice on a rice cake. Then top with thinly sliced bananas. 2) In a small bowl, microwave chocolate chips and coconut oil in 30-second increments. Once completely melted, pour over top bananas and disperse evenly.
