Nollywood actress Peggy Ovire has called out Frederick Leonard, her colleague and also her estranged husband over his affair with a married woman, Nkiru Umeh.
Umeh who goes by the alias Angel Nikky is also their colleague.
Both Nkiru and Freddie seem to have taken the bold step to make their relationship public as they were both spotted holding hands and giggling at a comedy show this past weekend.
Incensed by their audacity, Peggy via her Instagram page on Tuesday, June 9, accused him of failing to appear in court to finalise their divorce after he repeatedly requested a divorce from her.
She added that although she has been accused of making false claims, she possesses evidence to support her allegations, adding that she will make them public once the divorce process is concluded.
“Married woman, oh, shameless lots, please don’t avoid coming to the customary court on June 23 for the second time.
“You said you wanted a divorce, yet you didn’t show up when you were served… let’s make this divorce done and dusted so both of you can finally be together,” she wrote.
She further accused Frederick of avoiding court proceedings despite being served, insisting she would proceed with the case.
Walking into a comedy show hand in hand validates Peggy’s suspicion all along. A few months ago, she had asked her followers what they would do if they were in her shoes, if a man she was dating is sleeping with a married woman with kids.
