Nigerian skit maker Emmanuel Ejekwu, popularly known as Sabinus, has officialy announced his divorce from his wife Ciana Chapman who is based in the United Kingdom (UK).
The couple, who have a daughter, are reportedly committed to co-parenting.
During a TikTok live session on Wednesday, Sabinus clarified that his marriage ended amicably.
“I’m not married, my marriage ended peacefully.
“The mum and I are good.
“My daughter is okay, and she is doing fine,” he said.
The announcement follows months of unverified claims on social media alleging tension in the marriage, including accusations of domestic violence, infidelity, emotional neglect and financial disputes.
Chapman is reportedly residing in the UK with their daughter, while both parties had previously denied any irreparable issues.
Sabinus added that their daughter’s welfare remains the priority despite the split.
“We are prioritizing our daughter’s well-being above all,” he said.
