A communique signed by the Public Relations Officer, (PRO), of the service, Abubakar Umar, contains that the training will further improve productivity and the successful operations of NCoS. It notes that the Director General of NARSDA Dr Halilu Shabba said collaboration on consistent capacity building between between the two agencies is essential to national developme.
