Nigeria’s female national soccer team, the Super Falcons today lost their second match in the on-going women’s world cup. The Super Falcons played against the hosts. After a goalless first half, in which the Nigerian girls gave a good account of themselves, the Germans resumed to pile pressure on the Falcons in the second half. With the loss, the hope of qualifying for the knock out stage of the competition has been lost.
