According to documents obtained by TMZ, the woman claims she was assaulted by the couple in a Los Angeles hotel room. Jane Doe, a former Air Force member stationed in Los Angeles during the said timeframe, asserts that she encountered T.I. and Tiny through an individual named Caviar, who presented himself as an associate of the famous duo. The alleged victim contends that she attended a party at Coolio’s home, where she first encountered Caviar. The lawsuit details that Jane Doe subsequently met T.I. and Tiny at an LA nightclub the following night, joining them in their VIP section. The plaintiff claims that Tiny handed her a third drink, alleging she never witnessed Tiny consuming her own drink. Jane Doe shared the drink with a friend accompanying her at the club. The situation escalated as Jane Doe, along with her friend and two other women, ended up in T.I. and Tiny’s hotel room. The lawsuit states that the two additional women were asked to leave, leaving Jane Doe alone in the room with the couple. Disturbing allegations follow, including claims of a shared shower and an incident where T.I. allegedly penetrated her with his toe. Jane Doe asserts that she felt lightheaded and dizzy during these events, eventually passing out. The lawsuit provides a chilling account of the alleged assault, highlighting a concerning series of events that unfolded during that night in 2005. As the legal proceedings unfold, T.I. and Tiny have not yet publicly responded to these specific allegations. The couple has faced previous accusations of sexual misconduct, and this new lawsuit further intensifies the scrutiny surrounding their personal and legal challenges.
