He was said to have been shot dead by gunmen who chased him into his neighbourhood. It was not clear at press time why he was killed but sources disclosed that his killers invaded his house and started shooting. He was said to have run into a neighbouring compound, from where his lifeless body was recovered on Monday morning. “It is heartbreaking; it is too hard for us to swallow. We are in deep agony,” the source said. Meanwhile, the Police in the state could not confirm the killing as of the time of filing the report. “I have not been briefed on such incident.
