The Weeknd’s tour dates announcement comes a week after the release of his T.V. special The Weeknd x The Dawn FM Experience on Prime Video. Alongside the announcement, the singer also announced the launch of the X.O. Humanitarian Fund with United Nations World Food Programme (WFP), and $1 from each ticket sold on the North American tour goes to the fund. The Weeknd will also donate $500,000 to the fund while the World Food Program USA will contribute $1million. He established the X.O. Humanitarian Fund to support the U.N.
