Justice John Tsoho of a Federal High Court, Abuja, has stood down for two hour to rule on the bail application filed by the Supreme Court Judge, Justice Sylvester Ngwuta.
The Federal Government arraigned Ngwuta before Tsoho, Monday, on a15-count charge.
Kanu Agabi (SAN), lawyer to the defendant prayed the court to admit his client on bail.
The trial Judge,Tsoho, theteafter stood down the matter for two hours to allow for arguments and rule on the application for bail.
