There are reports that Panti Police Barracks, Lagos, is currently on fire.
The fire, which started around 2.10pm is said to have already desyroyed five flats.
According to eyewitnesses, Nigeria Fire Service officials are already on the ground and battling to contain the spread.
The cause of the inferno is yet unknown as the time of filing this report.
