Barely two weeks, one week and a day precisely, after the death of one of his sons, Olayinka Olalekan, veteran Juju musician, Ebenezer Obey-Fabiyi is back at doing what he knows how to do best.
He was spotted performing at a special event.
it was the 50th Anniversary of Abeokuta Club, a social club on the Presidential Boulevard in Ogun State.
His performance is the first since the death of Olayinka.
But in the face of grief, the 80 year old graced the Abeokuta Club function singing to the admiration of guests at the event.
The event, which had a former governor of Ogun State in attendance, Aremo Olusegun Osoba, had the talented Juju musician praising him to high heavens alongside other dignitaries at the event.
Olayinka died on Friday, July 29, 2022, of drug and alcohol overdose at the age of 48.
