Ondo church attack: Vice-president Osinbajo arrives Owo on condolence visit (Photos)

    Vice-President, Yemi Osinbajo, today, 6 June, is currently on a condolence visit in the Owo local government area of Ondo state.

    Recall that there was a terror attack on innocent worshipers at the St Francis Catholic Church, located at Owa-luwa Street, Owo LGA of Ondo state.

    Unknown gunmen had reportedly invaded the Church on Sunday and detonated explosives in the church premises.

    They then opened fire killing many and leaving several seriously injured

    The vice president had earlier in a post on his Twitter handle expressed grief over the incident and described it as a senseless massacre.

    He condoled with families who lost loved ones in the attack.

    “I am saddened by the senseless massacre of innocent people in Owo,” he had written.

    “My deepest condolences go to the families whose hearts are broken and are grasping for answers.
